Haidong Gumdo Family – 1st March 2022

This class covers the full Haidong Gumdo syllabus including stances, cuts, drills, patterns (or Gumbup), sparring, and terminology for Coloured Belt and Black Belt students of all ages.
The class will adhere to covid-19 distancing and sanitizing protocols. Masks are optional.
